The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization's office operations. This role requires expertise in project management, advanced technology skills, and the ability to handle complex tasks while maintaining confidentiality. The EA will serve as a critical liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of Board Secretary. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects, designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations.
- Identify and Lead projects key to the Organic and Inorganic growth of the organization.
- Business/Project Strategy and Execution:
- Facilitating 'out of the box' strategic thinking in the top management team through presenting innovative business ideas, trend analysis, intelligence reports, benchmarking studies etc., facilitate structured discussion on the matters affecting the company with respect to Economic Environment, Policy and Governance,
- Sustainability, future business environment and M&A opportunities, leading to formulation of long-term and short-term strategic business plan (SBP).
- Develop an inclusive business growth plan and strategy (Short and Long Term) by collaborating with the top management/ board of directors and internal stakeholders.
- Define and refine business strategies with a specific focus to expand business portfolio and profitability.
- Evaluates and recommends business portfolio frameworks, strategies, financial concepts, practices, programs, processes, and measures to be applied across the business.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated. Anticipate CEO's needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
- Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the Executive Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the CEO.

Qualifications: Education: Master's degree from Premier B School
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with project management software
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and data visualization tools
