Role Overview Description
We Are the Perfect Match if You...
● Want to grow and contribute to user-centred, visually compelling, and technically feasible design solutions with 2.5+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related fields.
● Have a solid background in UX design with a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver impactful projects.
● Demonstrate experience in building or maintaining a design system for multi-component, multi-platform products.
● Possess high-level skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar software. (We are using Figma!)
● Possess strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus Points for:
● Proven experience with Interaction/Motion Design
● Possess basic knowledge of web accessibility guidelines, fintech processes, and how KYC (Know Your Customer) works.

Here's What Your Day Would Look Like...
● Work independently or collaboratively to deliver innovative design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
● Establish and evolve design principles, interaction patterns, and design tokens to ensure consistency across products.
● Collaborate closely with product managers and fellow designers to craft scalable, reusable design solutions for complex systems.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
● Act as a design advocate within the organization, contributing to the growth of the design culture.
