Visual Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (1-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define design requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.

- Drive the design process from concept to execution, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.

- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design to incorporate into our products.

- Act as a champion for user-centered design principles and advocate for the needs of our users throughout the design process.

- Work effectively under pressure and maintain a good balance of speed and quality in design deliverables.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- 0-4 of experience in design, with a focus on digital product design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts and ideas.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.

- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a good balance of speed and quality in design deliverables.
