UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Consulting with Users and Business to understand their goals and requirements.

- Contribute to strategic decisions around future direction of our product.

- Explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.

- Developing personas and usage scenarios.

- Creating wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, and screen flows.

- Conducting usability testing.

- Analysing user feedback and activity and iterating to enhance the user experience.

- Assisting with content development.

- Conducting competitor and customer analysis.

- Expert user of a wide range of digital tools for conceptualizing, designing and prototyping. E.g.: Figma, Adobe xd, Sketch etc.

- Experience in conducting design thinking workshops and using collaboration tools eg: Miro, Figjam, Mural etc.

- Knowledge in Life science domain.

- At least 3 years of experience as a designer.
