UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (3-5 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. This role focuses on designing user-centric, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for a suite of apps, including crowd management, cashless payment solutions, access control systems, and inventory dashboards.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of event organizers and enhancing the usability of our apps for large-scale, high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis :

- Conduct user research to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.

- Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in existing apps.

Design Development :

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for applications.

- Design interfaces for crowd management, real-time monitoring dashboards, and point-of-sale systems.

- Ensure designs are functional across devices (web and mobile).

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and technology teams to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure a consistent visual identity across products.

Usability Testing :

- Organize and conduct usability tests to validate designs and gather user feedback.

- Iterate on designs based on insights to ensure a user-friendly experience.

Visual Design & Branding :

- Maintain a cohesive design language and style guide for products.

- Create engaging data visualizations for real-time dashboards and reports.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with SaaS or B2B applications.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-friendly interfaces and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Knowledge of event management workflows and crowd management challenges is a plus.

- Ability to visualize complex data and translate it into simple, actionable interfaces.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualities :

- Passionate about technology and innovation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Experience designing for real-time, high-pressure use cases.
