Senior UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (8-10 yrs)

- Onsite Primary Skill : UX, Figma, Design Process, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design

Qualification : Any Graduation Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the UX design process from concept to final implementation.

- Conduct user research, analyze customer needs, and define personas.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate ideas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design goals with business objectives.

- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

- Advocate for accessibility and usability standards in all designs.

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

Requirements :

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.

- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.

- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think from a user's perspective.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile environments.

- Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

- Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions
