Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (6-10 yrs)

Helpful Insight is looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch digital products.

Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur.

Experience : 6+ years.

Job Type : Full-time, On-site.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experience.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.

- Optimize designs for responsiveness and accessibility.

- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills :

- Expertise in design tools : Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.

- Experience in User personas, A/B testing, wireframing, prototyping.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

- Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Design, or a related field.

- Previous experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or Mobile App UI/UX design.

- Portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX projects.
