Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading the design and user experience of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, strong visual design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the user-centered design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and testing.

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior designers.

Required Skills :

- User-Centered Design : Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- User Research : Experience conducting user research (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).

- Interaction Design : Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.

- Visual Design : Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.

- Prototyping : Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Wireframing and Mockups : Ability to create wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts.

- Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

- Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional) :

- Front-End Development : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Accessibility : Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

- Motion Design : Experience with motion design and animation.

- UX Writing : Experience with UX writing and content strategy.

- Agile Methodologies : Experience working in an Agile environment.
