Lotus Interworks - UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch (2-4 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Design and maintain UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across all products.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet business requirements.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies.

- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

- A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX skills and design process.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems.

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality designs.

- Experience with [mention specific technologies or platforms relevant to the role, e., responsive design, mobile-first design, specific design systems].

- Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
