Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Translate user insights into intuitive and engaging user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Develop and maintain design systems, including UI kits, style guides, and component libraries.

- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine designs.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

- Effectively communicate design rationale and decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Research and explore emerging UI/UX trends and technologies.

- Continuously learn and develop new skills to enhance design capabilities.

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

- Contribute to the overall design culture and best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of projects (B2C experience preferred).

- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into effective design solutions.

- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.

- Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design principles, and user psychology.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Passion for creating user-centered and innovative design solutions.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with design systems and component libraries.

- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
