One of the most pressing issues I faced at Cyber Sapient was the lack of salary payment. Despite committing my time and effort to the company, the compensation that was promised to me remained unfulfilled. This not only posed a significant financial challenge but also left me questioning the value the company placed on its employees' hard work and dedication. The company, under Anshad's(co-founder) direction, seemed to operate on the principle that employees' sole purpose was to work, often without regard for the absence of corresponding financial compensation. This relentless demand for our time and effort, devoid of the fundamental respect of being paid, fostered a deeply unsustainable and disheartening workplace atmosphere. It is crucial for anyone considering a position at Cyber Sapient to be fully aware of these grave issues, directly influenced by leadership, before making a decision. This constant demand for work, without the basic assurance of being paid, created an unsustainable and disheartening work environment. Fast evolving tech landscape means priorities can change quickly, flexibility is the key so we need to adapt to new direction and projects as they arise. There is a steep learning curve for the new employees. This can be both exciting and demanding as you quickly get up to the speed. Complex problem can be mentally demanding sometimes, But its rewarding :)
