The interview experience was excellent. I had insightful interactions with Programming.com and the client. The HR team is highly supportive and responsive to all queries. As an outsourced employee, I find the client associated with Programming.com to be professional and a great place for continuous learning.

Dislikes

The interview process involved three rounds, including two client interviews. While the overall experience was positive, there was a slight challenge in managing an interview scheduled on short notice, which could have been handled more smoothly. Additionally, there was a revision to the joining bonus at the time of onboarding.

Salary is too Low for freshers, Even they don’t have any parity between Night shifters and the Day shifters that’s the craziest thing, Day ones are getting much paid as compared to Night Shifters, Even on the time of Appraisals they keep on getting it delayed due to some reasons.
