Even they send the Legal Notice if you are giving them proper notice....... They force for the location as well even you are not interestes...... This company will go into Gutter

The company where CRM behaves like a school teacher - if you are not going to listen then , PRINCIPAL( IN THIS CASE THE COMPANY DIRECTORS) ko bol dungi IF YOU DONT DO THIS WILL TELL HIM IF YOU DONT DO THAT WILL TELL HIM and then the director also blindly follows CRM also have the right to HOLD SALARIES for employees I don't know how - even HR obeys them like idiots CRM tell HR to get the BGV changed just because they want their joining and then everything becomes normal HR Policies also I don't understand whey they have made ... Salary is too Low for freshers, Even they don’t have any parity between Night shifters and the Day shifters that’s the craziest thing, Day ones are getting much paid as compared to Night Shifters, Even on the time of Appraisals they keep on getting it delayed due to some reasons.
