this is the most toxic organization that I have ever worked with. The leaders were so petty and they did an amazing blame game. it had no job security feeling and it felt like they would fire you anytime. the projects were so lame and they expect all in experienced engineers to perform like experienced ones.

They have great culture and value employees and recognize them for their performance. At sometimes due to employee shortage, we end up to work on multiple projects which will eventually reach beyond 9 hrs of working hours but still company is aware about it, tries to address it and they are in the progress to sort it as soon as possible.

Our Company strategies and policies are good for employees and very open for new ideas, gives us free hands to execute the same. On my experience generally a caring and nurturing culture where everybody encouraging to be their best self and take on autonomy in our role. Creative thinking is definitely encouraged and people are supportive of one another, seeking help it has always been given gladly and sincerely.
