I have recent relocated from ECS GDC Hyderabad to ECS Dubai for an onsite opportunity. I underwent short training and the manager explained to me the working culture in the new country. The work culture is quite fast-paced and co-workers are quite friendly. Also, the company took care of the relocation bringing down my stress. It is great to work with a new team and place.

For onsite employees, family expense is not covered.

I joined ECS Dubai a few months ago, having previously worked in the region for over a decade, it has been a better experience so far. Salary offered is better than current industry standards compared to my peers. The company offers good employee benefits, with medical insurance Included for me and my family. Looking forward to the team engagement activities.

I have been recently promoted to the team lead position and it is great to see how the company offers the chance to the experienced employees to deliver their best. I have a team of 4, where each one of them outshines the other. I am really glad to have been working with such talented folks around.

Environment is lively within my team thanks to regular catch up sessions organized by HR. The leave policy is good, and there's no undue work pressure.
