I was conscious and cautious about things around me at first as I was resuming my career post 1.5 years gap but once I was at the floor and met the people, all the fear and consciousness vanished. I have recent relocated from ECS GDC Hyderabad to ECS Dubai for an onsite opportunity. I underwent short training and the manager explained to me the working culture in the new country. The work culture is quite fast-paced and co-workers are quite friendly. Also, the company took care of the relocation bringing down my stress. It is great to work with a new team and place.

For onsite employees, family expense is not covered.

I joined ECS Dubai a few months ago, having previously worked in the region for over a decade, it has been a better experience so far. Salary offered is better than current industry standards compared to my peers. The company offers good employee benefits, with medical insurance Included for me and my family. Looking forward to the team engagement activities.

I am spending more time at customer location so can't meet core team regulary.
