...Visa sponsorship. 6. No Early joining bonus / Bonus segments in compensation. 7. No hike/increments. 8. Purposely miscommunication for Offer letter vs Employment contract (mandatory for UAE), once you are in UAE the offer letter that you might had accepted in the first place is of no use, only the details mentioned in employment contract counts. 9. 100% onsite work.

I recently had the opportunity to work with ECS Computech Pvt. Ltd company and I must say my experience was outstanding. ECS Computech is a leading provider of IT solutions and professionalism and dedication to quality truly set them apart. the at ECS is highly professional, every interaction was smooth. they maintained open communication throughout the entire process.

What was particularly frustrating is that the company hasn't shown signs of adopting to the current Demand for hybrid work. In an era where business worldwide are shifting toward flexible work Environment, this lack of adoption at ECS feels like a missed opportunity.

Hiring here is Lightning-fast, they completed mine in less than a week. Top Management support for your work boosts confidence. Positive work-culture. Great work-life balance, probably the best I have seen. The entity is looking for listing in the equity markets, so can have a very prospective future. Fridays here are lively.

I have been working as a PMO consultant for the last 2 years and during this time I have got the opportunity to handle multiple accounts which were equally challenging and rewarding at the same time. The best part of being in this team is to learn a lot from my senior leadership how they manages the stakeholder, understands their expectations and work according to client's expectation. All these learning from the seniors have helped me shape my career and help me win the client appreciation.

Sometimes due to complex projects, we have to work for long hours and we get compensatory off we stretch beyond working hours
