Manager/Senior Manager - Direct Tax - CA (5-10 yrs)

Qualification: CA

Exp: 5-10yrs post qualification

Work timings: 11am - 9pm

Working day: alternate Saturday working

Manager/ Senior Manager required in Central Delhi-CP

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of memos/ opinion/reports and power point presentation including advice on withholding tax on various issues, transfer pricing, international tax.

- Handling income tax proceedings under section 143(3), 201(1A) and 133(6) of the Act

- Handling the team

- Representation before tax authorities in connection with Search and Survey proceedings under Section 132/132A/133A

- Finalization of Computation of Income, Income-tax Returns -Income Tax, Tax Audit, TDS Return including revision etc.

- Obtaining lower deduction certificate under section 197 of the Income-tax Act, 1961

- Handling of assessment proceedings of clients independently including communication with client and preparation of submission.

- Handled/Involved in preparation of Transfer Pricing Form 3CEB required for Transfer pricing compliances and Transfer Pricing Study
