Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients.
- Monitors Market trends, competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and optimize operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Manage inventory levels and control operational costs.
- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and operations team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum graduation a must and an advanced degree is a plus.
- 12 plus years of experience in sales and operations management within the GCC region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency.
