Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Sales located in Ahmedabad.

- The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for sales, account management, sales operations, sales management, and business development on a day-to-day basis.

Experience: 12+ years.

- Extensive Sales Experience

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in the IT services sector or related fields.

- Sales Strategy Development: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that effectively drive revenue growth.

Strong Leadership Skills:

- Team Management: Experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing sales teams.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Technical Acumen:

- Understanding of IT Services: Deep understanding of IT services, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and IT consulting.

Market Knowledge:

- Industry Awareness: Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs within the IT services landscape.
