Vrinsoft Technology Pvt Ltd, a leading mobile app development company with over 14 years of experience, is seeking a Full Stack Team Lead for its Ahmedabad office.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a strong background in IT services, team leadership, and expertise in full-stack development, specifically MERN and MEAN stacks.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the full-stack development team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality projects within deadlines.

- Work with cutting-edge technologies, including Blockchain, AI-ML, Flutter, and React.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, understanding requirements, and providing updates.

- Guide the team in implementing best practices in software development and maintaining coding standards.

- Solve complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

- Ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient, and secure applications.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Experience : Minimum 6+ years in IT services with proven experience in team leadership.

- Proficiency in MERN and MEAN stacks.

- Expertise in Full Stack Development, with exposure to Blockchain, AI-ML, Flutter, and React technologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client communications effectively.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience in mobile app development is a plus
