Job Description.

We are seeking an experienced Sr.MERN Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in the entire software development lifecycle, from designing and developing to testing and deployment.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.(MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

- Architect and maintain large-scale web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to design and integrate features.

- Design and implement robust APIs and manage complex databases.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

- Lead and mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.

- Ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in web development.

- Work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the MERN stack.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks/libraries (React, Node.js).

- In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, and Node. js.

- Strong experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.

- Expertise in Git and version control practices.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with unit testing and integration testing (e.g , Jest, Mocha).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control using Git.

- Understanding of security and performance optimization best practices.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
