Fruitbowl Digital - Senior UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (4-5 yrs)

About The Role :

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong background in product design, web, and mobile applications to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of the design team, you will work closely with clients, strategists, and developers to create user-centric, visually compelling, and functional digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of UX principles, UI trends, prototyping, and design systems with experience managing a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities :

UI/UX Design & Strategy :

- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.

- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure an intuitive and engaging experience.

- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture to optimize user flows.

- Create high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or other tools.

- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, design patterns, and best practices to enhance digital experiences.

Collaboration & Execution :

- Work closely with clients, developers, content strategists, and project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Translate business and user requirements into elegant design solutions that enhance user engagement and brand storytelling.

- Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to improve their skills.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

Branding & Visual Design :

- Create visually compelling, brand-aligned UI designs that balance aesthetics with usability.

- Design iconography, typography, color palettes, and UI components for scalable design systems.

- Develop responsive and adaptive designs that function across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or product design environment.

- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision, and other design tools.

- Strong knowledge of design thinking, user research methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

- Experience with design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, digital products, and case studies.
