Senior Product Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the discovery process across multiple projects, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.

- Oversee end-to-end design efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

UI/UX Design Delivery :

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for legacy and modern platforms.

- Develop design systems, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides to maintain consistency and scalability across products.

Agile Collaboration :

- Collaborate within sprint cycles, delivering high-quality design assets that align with development timelines.

- Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Customer Advocacy :

- Act as the "voice of the user," advocating for their needs and priorities.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs based on user feedback.

Inclusive Design & Accessibility :

- Ensure all designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards, creating inclusive experiences for users of all abilities.

Support Product Releases :

- Provide design assets for product releases, including guides, videos, and onboarding materials to enhance customer success.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with enterprise B2B applications.

- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions is a plus.

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency in Design Tools :

- Strong experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

- Skilled in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing to validate design solutions.

- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with component libraries to collaborate effectively with developers.
