Key Responsibilities :

- Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design principles.

- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions.

- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders based on research and data.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Identify usability issues and advocate for effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and processes.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and typography.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
