UI/UX Designer - Figma/Adobe XD (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

- You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our web and mobile applications, focusing on creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.

- This role requires a strong understanding of user experience principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex ideas into seamless and engaging designs.

- Experience in SaaS or B2B applications is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Analysis :

- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user workflows, pain points, and needs.

- Analyze user data and provide actionable insights to improve existing applications and inform new product development.

- Develop user personas and journey maps to visualize user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.

Design Development :

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

- Ensure design consistency across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and established design systems.

- Design user interfaces that are responsive, adaptive, and accessible.

- Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Usability Testing :

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather user feedback.

- Analyze usability testing results and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

Visual Design & Branding :

- Maintain a cohesive visual design language across all products.

- Create engaging and informative data visualizations for dashboards and reports.

- Contribute to the development and evolution of the company's brand identity.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS/B2B applications.

- Product-based company experience is essential.

- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.

- Experience designing responsive and adaptive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale effectively.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Experience with real-time, high-pressure use cases is a plus.

- Ability to translate complex data into simple, intuitive, and visually appealing designs.
