Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our AI-driven chatbot solutions.
• Identify and document bugs, defects, and areas for improvement in the software.
• Collaborate with developers and the product team to ensure timely fixes and enhancements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Participate in regular stand-up meetings to report progress and challenges.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of testing concepts (manual/automated testing).
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
