- Fake marketing and advertisement over internet. - very poor salary. -Work life balance is 0. Sometimes you work for 14hrs in straight go. They make you awake till 2am at night. They just don't care. - No time for breaks, skipping lunch- you won't even remember you had your meal or not, the work load is terrific so are the managers. - The managers and superiors are so work driven, they forget humanity sometimes. Even if you are unwell or admitted in hospital all they will ask you is about Work, and their task assigned to you. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Just by giving you flexibility to work from home, they just take your soul out of you</mark>. - I would never suggest any fresher or some with 4-5 years of experience to join Uplers....Read More

Company has open policies and management don't take blind decision based on the policy, but gives a personal touch. Company has an additional incentive program for each employee of the company. There are no process of performance evaluation and due to that the no one can justify the salary revision. Uplers being at this level, still the salary revision is based on gut feeling and whom the team lead likes the most. That is leading to a biased evaluation. Politics has increased a lot and once which we used to be proud of - our culture, is deteriorating. The work hours are not defined, manager calls at any point of time and assign the task. Lots of process gaps between the HR team and internal synchronization is missing. No process defined for anything which leads to ad-hoc request which increases misses. You can not complain because your complain would be only listen by the one for whom you are complaining. So no result would come....Read More

Goa Workstation - SCAM (Happening in End of the April Month - 2022) -> The Uplers are good at marketing on social platforms, If the purpose of the company's goal is to gather all the team members in one so the funding can be altered, based on my conversations with old team members, the company has offered no trips for two years. Despite having enough funds, employees have to pay for travel costs for this gathering which will be around 10k for the flight & 6k for the train, also Uplers they demand an extra 5k for the other costs; what if a salaried worker with a salary under 20k had the opportunity to enjoy that? I'm one of them! The company does not seem to care about their employees or needs their own marketing for this meeting. In order to make it happen, more employees will join this. They prefer the three-star resort over the 5-star, resort which reduces the cost, We don't need luxury; we need to meet our team members. That's it. Savings would be much greater if the trip was reduced from 8 to 3/4 days, saving much money; Wake up Account Team & Uplers!...Read More
