Role Overview Description
We are seeking a skilled and driven Backend Engineer to join our innovative startup team. As a key player, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our backend services, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secure. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company focused on transforming the franchise industry.

Responsibilities :
● Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs to support our web applications.
● Implement and optimize GraphQL queries and mutations for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
● Manage and maintain our MongoDB databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.
● Collaborate with frontend developers to design and implement efficient, secure, and scalable APIs.
● Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
● Monitor and optimize backend performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies and frameworks to continuously improve our stack.

Skills :
● Minimum 1 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on GraphQL and MongoDB.
● Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
● Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
● Strong understanding of database design principles and experience with MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation, and performance tuning.
● Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
● Experience with Agile development methodologies.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Mandatory Requirement:
● Ability to work US working hours is required to ensure seamless collaboration with our team and stakeholders.
