Role Overview Description
Qualifications:

• 4+ years of work experience involving backend software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with API development, including GraphQL and gRPC.
• Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Expertise in packaging and deploying scalable applications in Kubernetes and distributed systems.
• Experience with DevOps tooling, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
• Experience working with large amounts of data and familiarity with Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in product planning from discovery to deployment.
• Design, develop, and manage backend services and APIs.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, tools, and frameworks, fostering innovation and advancing continuous improvement within the development team.
• Independently take ownership of projects while also excelling in team settings.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and collaborate well with diverse teams.
• Perform code reviews to uphold code quality and identify areas for enhancement.
• Mentor and support junior developers by sharing expertise and offering constructive feedback.
• Prepare technical documentation for efficient reporting.
