Salary was stable every months on same day, so we can live

no organization in development life-cycle at all, no testing in most of requests for fixing live bugs, no one of the employees starting from the management to the senior and mid-junior level studied IT or CS. The manager was very complex and don't listen to any suggestion, work a developer by himself instead of giving work to the team in an organized steps, any issue arise, he send that the cause was one the team member to the CEO which don't know anything about IT or CS. very losers...Read More

Work Details

I was in the Java Team, and tasks were changing while I'm working on, without clear analysis. Sometimes after just completing an assignment, the manager meet me to change the whole requirements without known cause and without any documentation
