Teammates was helpful;taking care for shifts.Training was good but it was operational manner.job security was not in position but carrier best for future.Work environment was datacenter.Due to shifts it was sometimes not good for work life balance.

Compensation was decent but growth is slow.The work pressure was very high sometimes 12-14 hours straight in a day.I had received appreciation emails from client but got unnoticed from seniors.
