Leave Policy: no leave provision in the company. if any leave is taken this is simoly LWP. Salary given at interval of15 days and this is given as cash no provision to deposit the salary in account. no employee id was there. training to the employee program was not there. working culture is very poor.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
