Never deducted a salary for leaves. Gave yearly bonus 100% salary.

Dislikes

No benefits e.g. PF, Mediclaim, Gratuity nothing. Salary increment doesn't happen every year, and doesn't get good increment. The owner of the company Mr. Saurabh Jhaveri is very pathetic man, who think he is paying salary that means he is doing us a favor. He always use abusing language e.g. Gaan*u, Chu*t*ya etc. He has very big ego issue, he put my salary on hold without any reason. He makes different rules for different people, no standard rules for everyone. All higher level & Middle level staff comes at in noon, that doesn't matter to him but if lower level employee comer 15 min. late that is a crime in his company & daily late seating is also there compulsory. There is one manager name called Mr. Jagdish Dherai. He was my reporting manager. He is most biggest 'chatu' of his. He always agree to his lord, even if he is wrong....Read More
