It's amazing to be working at Umenit. It's diverse culture helps you to grow exponentially and given the opportunities, it helps to give you the work satisfaction. I have never seen an opportunity being taken away from anyone and if you are a performer, you will shine out. The transparent culture and communication is effective in getting things delivered nicely to the clients.
