I have worked there for 2 years. Based on that I am sharing my experience. Good working conditions, Stress free work, but salary not so impressive and also career growth is almost nil. Initial salary is not so bad, but it wont improve much. No casual leaves, no sick leaves. 6 days a week working. Near to beach (less than 25 meters from beach). Dislikes

No incentives, no sick leave, no casual leaves, job security problems, and salary wont be paid in time in most of the months.
