Very sweet mouthed employer. But in reality they are something different.

Dislikes

Does not give me any document regarding joining or salary. Everything is verbal, and when I asked for an offer letter, they refused. They refused to give the discussed salary after one month of work. Terrible company. Totally fraud. Would suggest nobody to join this company. They even claim that they have many sister concerns and made some visiting cards on those company's names but in reality, those companies dont exist....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
