Recommended for beginners who are looking for exposure to Customer Support roles and to understand the corporate culture. One of the best working and friendly environments and management. Transparent and comfortable access to verticals/hierarchy.

Dislikes

Except for the slow growth and salary hike, nothing I could think of. One would fall in love with this company and may never leave. Work pressure is not targeted at a single person but we handle it as a team.

I have 4+ years of experience in operations, customer service and events. Below is my profile. Currently working with British Council Management Services as a Video Call Speaking Supervisor (IELTS backend operations) Started as Greeter Proctor for the same company in June 2022 Worked as a chat associate with Ttec india pvt ltd Also worked as a production executive for a Pune based corporate events firm. Preferred location is Delhi NCR however I'm willing to relocate if the salary is offered accordingly. Thanks in Advance
