Internal politics too much, Yes Man company, Don’t think of wasting more than a year, still if you are consistent top performer, you will never be promoted unless. Management lives in a different world surely pathetic. No transparency in reality.

Hr Chandrima selected me for the role and afterwards wanted me to make an investment of 20000 for the inverter and the broadband connection. I told her that I’ll go to my uncles place and give the operations interview and after I get selected I’ll get the broadband connection for myself.
