I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Transparent and a very good place for youngsters to grow quickly. For Seniors this is a place where there are lot of opportunities and challenges that they can solve. Visibility is very high and hence growth is very quick in this organization. Tools and Process are well laid out.
