All staff supportive except Plant head and Director. Conveyance provide by company side. Canteen from company side. Every work is done there by process. This company good for fresher but not for experienced person.

During my Employment there are no. Of dislike which I absorb and many more are facing same issue. 1. Canteen facility available but food quality is not good. 2.No job security. 3. Some people playing politics here. 4.No medical facility for workers. 5. No duty timing. For example you came duty timely but no time to go home. 6. No extra compensation of overtime. 7. When they hired you salary is decided as per 8 hours duty but after that every day /mostly day you need to do 12 hrs or 2 shift continue handle. For 12 hours /16 hours duty they are nothing paying. 8.There are 10 to 12 quality person to check the quality.but in production only 3 guys handle all Production work . 9.when HR organising meet he. Will mostly discuss in local language there and other state worker only watching him because they didn't understand the language. 10.They charge fine if product have minor defect which is occurring in hand molding of the product. 12.If anyone join there he will quit the job in 2-3 month.
