What I like is there are groups where people share and genuinely work for issues raised. Work culture is unfavorable because there should be a time limit of work set by the company itself, there are lack of resources so existing resources are overburdened by work. Also for support projects there should be proper allocation and expectations set for the client specially for the holidays in India. The way Trinamix is focusing on the availability of resources, It should also work for the unavailability of resources. Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, Work life balance is not there, 14-16 hrs of work has become a norm now which is very unfavorable to me and my health. Even if I take leave I have to work so these conditions discourage me a lot. There is no family time here. Also talking about the training schedule, since there are meetings scheduled on an Ad-hoc basis so those trainings are missed as live trainings we can also have chance to ask questions we will not have such a facility by listening to recordings. There should be an appropriate system for Knowledge Transfer for the employees leaving the company, currently the system for KT is very unorganized and haphazard. There should be a facility where an employee can take leaves as per his or her requirements on an ad-hoc basis as well without any fear of not performing assigned tasks that day or during those days, For me these conditions have been very discouraging during work from home. So I would like the management to work for more and more availability of resources for any project so that we are left with some bandwidth for our personal time with family as well....Read More

I am a part of 2 projects where the work conditions are very demanding. I have to make sure that the processes and integrations are running fine, for that I also have to work on weekends and there are a lot of manual activities in our project.

Good work environment and culture. The management is really supportive and transparent. Appraisals are great and on merit. You get flexible working hours and all the company policies are fair. Overall a great place to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good. Though company is growing really fast but there should be enough resources to get the work done. Most of the time you have to stretch past work hours (Good point is they give you good hike to compensate long working hours)

Dislikes

Sometimes work is too much overloaded. Request to management to keep track of the work assigned by different managers and also try to utilize all employees instead of reaching out to only their best employee.

Trinamix is a very good company to start one's career. As a growing company it provides employees a lot of opportunities to learn especially in cloud technologies. A flexible company believes in employee freedom. It has been following Working from Home culture even before pandemic. Friendly and healthy work culture.

Work-life balance. Unorganised structure. Work imbalance, few resources work on multiple projects with extended hours where as few with no work.

Work-life balance, Travel Compensation Policies for self and for family. Appraisal rewards of the past, although recent one was good. Sometimes appraisal number less than inflation figures of our economy. But deserving candidates do get rewarded at promotion.
