Its been nearly 7 years for me working at Trinamix. During this period I got to learn and explore different technologies, improved my consulting skills, got on-site opportunities as well. Trinamix supported all employees throughout pandemic by allowing employees to take leaves, pay salary in advance & provide additional financial support. Dislikes

Sales and project management lacks in negotiating with clients about efforts estimates and sometimes unrealistic timelines are provided. This affects employees work-life balance, many times people don't get time to have timely diet, proper sleep and not able to give time to family members. Need to fight to get recognized for work done and get good increments.

Overall, working at Trinamix is challenging as well as being a small company, you get to explore new technologies and opportunities. Sometimes, it becomes difficult and hectic to maintain work-life balance but in the end, you will get rewarded

There is an open and straightforward culture observed in Trinamix. People are pretty helpful to each other. Main focus is on customer delivery without engaging consultants much on other administrative, Delivery assurance and compliance management kinds of stuff. Consultants are given full opportunities with access to unlimited recordings and learning materials of different modules of Oracle. Consultants are free to groom up their skills in any domain as soon he/she gets time and gets the opportunity to work on new modules when he/she declares himself as ready for that module. Overall Trinamix is good. But, the company needs to focus more on employee benefits which can indirectly provide benefits to the employees besides their in-hand salaries which can motivate employees to work more and more even consultant works remotely. Also, Effective utilization of existing visas which can be beneficial to both company and to the consultants on their career growth.

Work-life balance, Travel Compensation Policies for self and for family. Appraisal rewards of the past, although recent one was good. Sometimes appraisal number less than inflation figures of our economy. But deserving candidates do get rewarded at promotion.

The company is good and focuses on latest technology and practices, internal training programs in the company helps employees to learn new technologies and also provides exposure to the employee to master their skills on the live projects under supervision of seniors. I really like the positive and helpful nature of all employees and management towards each other.
