Trigent did not supported me at all. It's client(say ABC) cancelled my contract hence so the trigent. As per contract between Trigent and it's client ABC my last working day(LWD) was 30th April at client side. Hence as per contract between me and trigent my LWD at client side would be my LWD at trigent. But ABC said you will be working here with us till 17th April only. So i conveyed this message to trigent management. After that they replied me with the mail stating that my LWD at trigent(so in ABC) would be 30th April. After 30th April around 5 of May trigent HR called me and said we can not pay you salary till 30th because client is not paying it to us so you have to bear it. I did so many rounds of phone and email conversations but they never helped me stating that we can not take on our client hence we are helpless in your case. I gave up after one month....Read More
