The amount of trust they showed on me was really a bliss for me. Every time I got on a call with the HR team or the account team, I got to know the my progress whatever I was doing at the client office. The effort they put when they had to come to my client office to meet me was inexpressible.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike. But, I guess I would have liked, if we had a few meetings once in a while outside. Everything was virtual. So, they couldn't get to know the problems I was facing. So, in person meeting should be there.

There is no job security , you can stay maximum 1 year , after that they will only through you out by telling reason like cost cutting ( They will hire junior resource ). for juniors you can survive one year , you will learn a lot.

Managers are horrible, they will manipulate everything without bringing notice to the management level. initially they said 2 months notice period after that they will say 1 month notice period. they wont stand by the words what they say.

I would strongly advise against joining this company as a recruiter or HR professional. They lack basic work ethics and discipline. The managers, particularly at the mid-level, are incompetent and undeserving of their positions, often lacking any real understanding of recruitment. Instead of focusing on their actual responsibilities, they waste time with unnecessary stand-up meetings, where they shift the blame for missed targets without acknowledging their own failures or shortcomings. My manager, who was promoted from a BPO background to manage the recruiting team, is an example of this mismanagement. The company is rife with office politics, where favoritism and biased treatment are common, especially towards those who receive special attention from higher-ups. The company makes your resignation difficult, withholding key information about their policies until after you join. Their Leave of Absence (LOP) policy is harsh: if you miss a single day's target, you'll be penalized with a full day of LOP, and arriving even a minute late results in a salary deduction, even if you've worked a full 9-hour day. Additionally, most leave requests are automatically deducted by the HR team for minor infractions, like being just one minute late. The office itself is in a government building, and the conditions, including the toilets, are subpar at best. Management is verbally abusive, shouting at employees and mentally harassing them over missed targets, even if those targets are unrealistic and unattainable. Worst company, Full of tamilians. Worst, irresponsible, sadist people working as a HR,Manager role. Bakwas very pathetic interview process. I observed no dress sence at all show casing their body & worst behaviour. Ladies are always doing makeup in the cabin.

Interview was for HR role and obviously HR will take the interview and out of all boys no one got selected for 2nd round he shortlisted only girls and he shortlisted a b.sc microbiology girl instead of a guy having 2 internships worst HR he will be wearing specs in my life so far this will be the worst interview.
