Job security is fine, even if there isn't any project they can keep their employees for 5 6months on the bench and utilize them in building Poc or internal app enhancement.. work culture is so far good but varies based upon team.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The growth of the company is not so much as they always have limited no. of employees & projects to handle. They are more focused on long term relationships with clients.
