Luckily I was part of a team where my colleagues were very helpful. All of them were great in their respective technical skills.

Management is worst over there and it is expected to be like this since Trianz has acquired different companies and we can see a clear picture of grouping(set of people from same old org). Also there is lot of communication gap between the talent team and project managers. So be prepared to get surprises after on-boarding.
