nothing actually but, if genuine,as you will get a lot and lot of works it'll reflect in your learning curve .,which they are manipulating the freshers.

Dislikes

If anyone is reading this , please don't go there , it's the worst company that I worked for ,exploits freshers and offers them less pay . and more works . the work ethics of this company is very weak as a few hardworking people will do all the work and a few lazy people who knows " work place politics" will thrive ,just don't go there. You will not get the support . And every freshers should know thay you are not sl*ves to work for such a sh*tty employer .Please NEVER apply for this company ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
