THBS is good organisation to work. I dint see any pressure but due to that employees are happily working there. Work life balance quite good.. they are calling people since 1.5 years but not forced to come office for 3day. You can do WFH anytime. Giving salary quite good variables getting on time. Promotion - it's completely your performance, years you worked in thbs and main thing is there you should have godfather. Job security- generaly people says thbs has great job security. But I heard 30+ people laid off in May to June period. Skill development- you can develop your skill on your own. But if you gain that skill thbs is open for you. I am quite satisfy with my work. As we have great team and my manager also great. I am as lead not putting pressure on my fellow. I am happy😊 Company culture- no joining bonus, no joining kit, Baki all is well with thbs.
