Not much work pressure

No job security Was fired on call twice with 6 month gap but after few days we need u, no care for employees they use u and throw Dont know to take decision No proper sanitation No proper sytem U will be fired anytime Salary not on time sometimes we recived salary after 2 months

S****y workplace to work where people don't have empathy or basic behavioural skills of how to talk to other person. They are exploiting and not even giving salaries to their employees on time. It's been 2 months they haven't paid salary for January month yesterday on 13th March. It's not an NGO. They take funds from companies anduse it for salaries and others stuff instead of using it for women empowerment which is btw their main motive.
