Constant restructuring and lack of vision. Culture is largely driven by uncertainty and lack of support by management Company constantly resorts to layoff Without clear communication Lack of effective leadership which leads to chaotic environment.

As TIAA is my first organisation, So here I have noticed that the work life balance is very good. And also it's salary structure, health insurance and the colleague interactions were very supportive.
